The perfect apple

Growing the perfect apple is one thing but knowing when best to pick it is quite another. Our growers take great care to harvest 100% Pure New Zealand Apples so they will be crunchy fresh when you eat them.

They are closely monitored 2 weeks before expected harvest time for colour, starch levels and firmness. Then we carefully pick, wash and pack them in cool, atmosphere controlled containers so when they get to you they’ll be perfect, crunchy fresh.
